Q. What does Rhythm City consist of?

A. Rhythm City are a 5-piece, high energy party band and consist of two lead vocalists (Female and Male), a guitarist, bassist and drummer. The two vocalists give us a lot of flexibility in song choice as well as some excellent opportunities to play duets. Between us, we have more than 50 years of live performance experience and as 'Rhythm City', have just played our 100th live show.

 

Q. Are you associated with an agency?

A. No, we are not. This gives us the freedom to play public shows and also means that you are able to talk to us directly before you make any booking. Additionally, it means each show we play is not subject to agency fees which ultimately, means savings for you.

 

Q. Do you have public liability Insurance?

A. Yes, we are covered up to £10M by the musicians union

Q. Can I play my own playlist over your PA system?

A. Absolutely. As a minimum, we play recorded music before we play, during our break and whilst we pack down.

 

Q. Do I need to provide anything for the band?

A. We are self-reliant and will bring everything we need to ensure we sound the best we can at your event. All we need ask for is power and a few glasses of water.

Q. Can you play an acoustic set?

A. We don't do this very often, but have done in the past so if it's something you're interested in, please send us a message and we can discuss further.

Q. How long do you need to set up?

A. Typically, we would like at least an hour but will always plan our set up around your function's agenda.

Q. Do you take requests on the night?

A. We can do, if the song is in our repertoire. However, we are very open to new song ideas so please let us know what you'd like to see us cover.
